Delete your 1QR account

Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open 1QR and sign in.
2. Open the Account panel (your avatar / "Account" button).
3. Choose "Delete my account & all data" and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with and we'll delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email address)
• Saved designs and hosted mini-pages
• Dynamic codes and their scan history
• API keys and queued notifications
• Any active subscription is cancelled

What is kept

• Nothing linked to you. An anonymous, aggregate counter of how many codes of each type were ever created is retained; it contains no content and no identifiers.
• QR codes you generated are created on your device — we never had their contents, and codes you have printed or downloaded keep working.
