Yes. Unlimited static QR codes, styling, logos, frames, scanning and bulk generation are free forever — no watermark, no sign-up required. An optional free account adds dynamic codes, scan analytics and mini-pages.

Do 1QR codes expire?

Never. Static codes are generated on your device and can't expire by design. Dynamic codes keep redirecting even on the free plan — we will never disable a code you've printed. Read the 1QR Promise.

What's the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?

A static code has its content baked in — perfect for WiFi, contact cards or a fixed link. A dynamic code points to a short 1qr.codes link whose destination you can change at any time, even after printing, and it records scan statistics (trend, countries, devices).
